By using this website, submitting a trip-planning request, or engaging Flat Spanley Travel Co. for travel-planning services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Travel Advisor Services
Flat Spanley Travel Co. provides travel-planning and booking assistance and acts as an intermediary between travelers and independent travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers, and other travel-related companies.
Trip Requests Are Not Confirmed Reservations
Submitting a Plan My Trip form, requesting a quote, or communicating with Flat Spanley Travel Co. does not create or confirm a reservation. Travel arrangements are confirmed only after applicable booking requirements have been completed and confirmation has been issued by the applicable travel supplier
Pricing & Availability
Travel prices, promotions, availability, taxes, fees, and supplier terms are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed. Flat Spanley Travel Co. cannot guarantee that a quoted price or availability will remain available until booking is completed.
Payments, Changes & Cancellations
Deposits, final payments, cancellation penalties, change fees, refund eligibility, and other booking conditions are determined by the applicable travel supplier. Travelers are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms.
Traveler Information
Travelers are responsible for providing accurate names, dates of birth, contact information, and other information required for reservations. Names should match the traveler’s government-issued identification and/or passport when required.
Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements
Travelers are responsible for determining and obtaining all required passports, visas, identification, authorizations, vaccinations or health documentation, and other documentation required for their destination and itinerary. Requirements can change, and travelers should verify current requirements before travel.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Insurance coverage, exclusions, eligibility, and claim decisions are determined by the insurance provider. Choosing not to purchase travel protection may result in financial loss if travel plans are changed, interrupted, or canceled.
Independent Travel Suppliers
Travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers. Flat Spanley Travel Co. does not own, operate, manage, or control those suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, schedule changes, cancellations, service interruptions, delays, lost baggage, accidents, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Flat Spanley Travel Co.
